POLICIES

DEPOSIT POLICY

A $30 deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied towards the total service price.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel during the non-refundable period due to unavoidable circumstances, you may:

  • Reschedule your appointment for another day, or

  • Transfer your booking to someone else as a credit.

Please note no-shows forfeit the deposit.

APPOINTMENT & SERVICE POLICY

  • To help keep our schedule running smoothly and to allow time for cleaning and preparation between appointments, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and avoid arriving early.

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or canceled, and we may not be able to complete the original service or design you requested due to scheduling limitations.

Repairs:

  • Free repairs are available within 7 days of your service for any service-related issues, such as lifting, chipping, or broken parts.

  • Any damage caused by the client (such as picking, impact, or improper care) is not covered for free, and a fee may apply for repairs or corrections.

  • Repairs requested after 7 days from the appointment date will be charged.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Your health and safety are my top priority. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each appointment. If you are feeling unwell or have any open wounds, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can arrange to reschedule.

GUEST POLICY

  • Feel free to bring a guest, please just let me know in advance. However, I kindly ask that you limit it to one person. Please note that this helps ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for everyone in the studio.

  • To maintain a calm and professional environment, the studio reserves the right to ask clients or guests to leave and to refuse service or entry if behavior becomes disruptive or interferes with services.
